GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTC)

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales made on the website gloriadeck.com, operated by the company GLORIA DECK.

1. Seller Information

2. Purpose

These GTCs aim to define the conditions under which GLORIA DECK sells skateboards, accessories, textiles, and related products online.

3. Products

The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.

Photographs, visuals, and descriptions are not contractually binding.

4. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs.

GLORIA DECK reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
The price applied is the one displayed at the time of the order.

5. Order

The customer places an order on the gloriadeck.com website.

The order is considered final after:

  • payment validation

  • sending of a confirmation email

GLORIA DECK reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of an existing dispute with the customer.

6. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon order.

Accepted payment methods are those offered on Shopify (credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, etc.).

Transactions are secured via Shopify's payment providers.

7. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order.

Preparation and shipping times are indicated on the "Shipping Policy" page.

GLORIA DECK cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers or customs formalities.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the law, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for product defects or preparation errors.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted only if the product is returned:

  • in its original condition

  • unused

  • properly protected

After receipt and verification, GLORIA DECK will proceed with the refund within a maximum period of 14 days.

10. Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • personalized products

  • products indicated as non-returnable (special editions or limited series if explicitly stated)

11. Legal Guarantees

The customer benefits from legal guarantees:

  • legal guarantee of conformity

  • guarantee against hidden defects

In case of a defective product, the customer must contact GLORIA DECK by email with supporting photos.

12. Liability

GLORIA DECK cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the purchase or use of the products.

Skateboarding involves a sports practice with risks.
The customer is responsible for its use and wearing appropriate protection.

13. Intellectual Property

All elements of the gloriadeck.com website (texts, images, visuals, logos, designs) are the exclusive property of GLORIA DECK.

Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.

14. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the "Privacy Policy" page.

15. Applicable Law and Disputes

These GTCs are subject to French law.

In case of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact GLORIA DECK to seek an amicable solution.

Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the company's registered office.
