REFUND POLICY

In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Return Conditions

• The product must be returned in its original condition

• It must not have been used

• It must be returned in its original packaging

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

• Customized products

• Specific numbered limited editions if mentioned as non-returnable

Refund

The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned product.

The refund is made via the same payment method used during the order.
